In our country, families tend to stay with one another in a single abode even if they already have a family of their own - a compassionate bond deeply rooted in memory.
This kind of culture was the basis for the overall character of the proposed two-storey duplex, created in 2 different schemes with the same design solution.

The challenge was to represent the duplex as a single abode while maintaining its main purpose and function. Planned and designed to become a firm work of architecture - much like the strong ties our clients have for one another.
