From a diverse environment where semiarid grassland, oceanfront and tropical rainforest converge, the Senegal Development shall rise on the "Gateway to Africa."
The 15 hectare community is situated at the westernmost tip of the African continent, designed to depict the country's diversity on various aspects: from its landscape and topography, the culture of its people, and architectural character of the region.
The development comprises of 308 housing units and amenities within its own premises such as a mosque, a kindergarten, and series of commercial establishments. With the use of the region's indigenous building materials like sandcrete & bamboo, The Senegal Community is carefully designed to have a distinct architectural character through innovation while maintaining and preserving its culture in design.
Luxury in harmony with its environment - that is what we envisioned for the interiors of the Senegal Community. Two contrasting elements combined together to create balance to the overall character of the design. From the materials used and colors applied, these two housing units are an epitome of living luxuriously whilst enjoying the simplicity of nature - through architecture.
