The Vistalaya Farm and Cabins Resort is a private farm resort situated at San Fernando, Pampanga. Our client for this project is a contractor who has excess building materials and wanted to make use of it in the most efficient manner. He thought of creating a resort and dedicate it for his beloved family.
The challenge was to design a modern farm resort without the need of removing the trees within the site. Our team designed the cabins in such a way that their form would adapt its shape with the natural environment. The use of wood promotes natural design while the use of glass brings the existing into focus.
We provided two sets of pools – one for kids and one for adults, three sleeping villas with loft for our client’s family. The interiors were designed to look more of a wooden cabin, giving its users the tranquil feeling of being in a forest, yet safe and sound at the comfort of their respective rooms.
